Case study · Aakruti Process Technologies, process equipment maker in Vadodara
Every job from enquiry to dispatch in one system
How a Vadodara maker of built-to-order process equipment moved enquiries, BOMs, purchase and QC into TranZact from a partial ERP.
Before
Aakruti gets enquiries by call, email and site visits. The design team estimates each one, sales quotes and revises, and a purchase order starts the real design and the bill of quantities.
Planning then sets priorities, the store raises indents, purchase collects supplier quotes, and material is checked before it is stocked. Some machining goes to job workers.
The old ERP held only part of this. Enquiries, quotations and orders sat outside it, and invoicing ran in separate software, so sales and accounts were never seen in one place.
Starting from the inquiry lead to the purchase order, in between the whole transactions were missing in our existing ERP.Nirav PatelAakruti Process Technologies
