Before

The old wayPaper trail

Adept Innovations makes corrugated boxes, and every order is customised. Raw material comes in different sizes, GSM and varieties, and each customer's box needs its own mix.

Orders, purchase orders and pending work were tracked on sheets and by hand. Adept wanted one flow from the enquiry to the quotation, the order, production planning and dispatch. Accounts are kept in Tally.

Now we are working on some sheets, manuals, so we have to automate it and systematize it.
