Case study · Heatronics Medical Devices, heating pad manufacturer in Uttar Pradesh
From a paper trail to inventory, QC and production in TranZact
How a heating pad manufacturer with ISO 13485 traceability needs moved inventory, quality checks and production off paper into TranZact.
Before
Heatronics makes heating pads in its own facility. Each BOM has at least 30 to 40 parts, and parts go out for job work and come back for assembly.
There is an in-house lab. Material is inspected when it comes in, during production, and again as finished goods. ISO 13485 needs every product to be traceable by batch.
All of it ran on paper: raw material, semi-finished stock and job work. The business is seasonal, so demand and purchase planning have to be right.
The number one thing I want to solve at this point of time is inventory.Hargun ChawlaFounder, Heatronics Medical Devices
