Before

The old wayPaper trail

Indie Delights makes frozen snacks for distributors in India and for export buyers. Domestic items are kept at a minimum stock level and made when stock runs low.

Export orders work like projects. The recipe for India is different from the recipe for the USA or Canada, and pack weights and rates differ from buyer to buyer.

Their earlier software kept the stock, but month-wise, product-wise reports were hard to get from it.

There is a specific recipe assigned to it. There are specifications assigned to it. Every customer wants their own different packaging.
