Case study · MVH Packaging, tractor parts maker in Bhopal
Machining, press shop and fabrication moved from Google Sheets to TranZact
How a Bhopal tractor parts maker moved production from Google Sheets to BOMs, work orders and production entries in TranZact.
Before
MVH makes tractor parts under one roof: CNC cutting, shearing and press work, welding, shot blasting, painting, then plating and coating. Many parts are bought out, and some go out for job work.
Everything ran on Google Sheets. Scrap from the press shop was only counted when it was sold, and rework was not tracked against the order.
We are managing through Google Sheets right now.Vyom AroraMVH Packaging
