Hero Background

TranZact integrates with Zoho Books: your sales, purchase, inventory, production and planning run in TranZact, while your accounts stay in Zoho Books. It is a one-way sync, so there is no double entry. TranZact also works with Tally, Busy, Gmail and Excel / Google Sheets. Its API integrations connect it to any other tool that offers an API, such as Salesforce or SAP.

This page is for manufacturers whose books already live in Zoho Books. You want operations off Excel and WhatsApp, without moving your accounts.

Who does what: TranZact runs the factory, Zoho Books keeps the books

The split is simple. TranZact is manufacturing AI software for your operations. Zoho Books stays your accounting system.

Zoho Books

Stays where your accountant already works

TranZact does not replace Zoho Books for accounting. It runs the operations side and leaves the books where they are.

What this means for your accounts team

Your books stay in Zoho Books. Your accountant keeps the system they already know.

The link is a one-way sync, so there is no double entry. Nobody keys the same data into two systems.

That fixes the usual gap in the patchwork. With Excel and WhatsApp, someone copies numbers across by hand. Entries get skipped when the shop floor is busy.

Want to see how the sync fits your own setup? The team will walk you through it on a call.

What you run in TranZact

Here is what moves into TranZact. It all sits on one system, from enquiry to dispatch.

Sales: enquiry to dispatch, e-invoicing and e-way bill

Sales covers enquiry, quotation, order timeline, dispatch, e-invoicing and payment. TranZact generates the e-way bill from the GST invoice, with e-invoice (IRN) in the same flow. This is on all plans.

Purchase: MRP report to indent, RFQ, PO and GRN

The MRP engine runs through your orders and BOMs, then tells you what to buy and when. The purchase flow runs MRP report → indent → RFQ → PO → GRN → payment.

Vendor coordination sits in the same flow. See how it works on the purchase management page.

Inventory and production: multi-level BOM, work orders, process routing, sub-contracting, production costing

Inventory covers stock in, bin card, issue, multi-store, reorder and AI stock alerts. More detail is on the inventory management page.

Production covers multi-level BOM, work orders, process routing, sub-contracting and production costing. See the production management page for more.
