TranZact and ERPDrive are both cloud software for Indian manufacturers. TranZact is manufacturing AI software that runs sales, purchase, inventory, production and planning, while your accounts stay in Tally. Its plans are published, from ₹8,333/month billed yearly, and it goes live in 2–3 weeks. ERPDrive is an all-in-one ERP that also includes its own accounting, HR and attendance, and service modules, with pricing on request.
The short answer: choose ERPDrive if…, choose TranZact if…
Choose ERPDrive if you want one system to replace Tally for your accounts. It also suits factories that need HR, attendance or service (AMC) modules in the same login.
Choose TranZact if your accountant should keep Tally, Busy or Zoho Books. It also suits owners who want written prices and paper entries captured from a photo.
In TranZact, a photo of a paper entry becomes a system entry. Supplier invoices match to POs, and AI stock alerts are built in. See how it works on the inventory page.
So is TranZact better for a small manufacturer? It depends on one split. Do you want operations software beside your accounts, or one system that replaces them?

Production, BOM and MRP
TranZact: multi-step BOM, work orders, routing, costing, MRP to indent to RFQ to PO to GRN
Yes, TranZact has a multi-level BOM, from the entry Grow plan.
Some comparison tables online call TranZact's BOM "basic" or single-level. That is not correct. Test it in a demo with your own deepest BOM.
For buying, the MRP engine runs through your orders and BOMs, then tells you what to buy and when. The production and purchase pages show each step.
ERPDrive: multi-level BOM with versions and cost roll-up, capacity-based scheduling
ERPDrive lists a multi-level BOM with versions and cost roll-up. Its production planning adds capacity-based scheduling.
Job work and sub-contracting
Material sent to a job worker is where stock often goes missing on paper.
TranZact includes sub-contracting from the Grow plan. ERPDrive lists job work with digital job cards. In each demo, send one real job-work order through and check the stock that comes back.
Quality control
Yes, TranZact has quality control for raw material and finished goods, in the Dominate plan only.
ERPDrive lists incoming, in-process and final QC, plus NCR and CAPA. If customer audits drive your buying, ask both vendors to show the inspection record your customer asks for.
GST, e-invoice and e-way bill
Both cover GST invoicing, the e-way bill and e-invoice, as the table shows. In TranZact, this is on all plans.
Five questions to ask both vendors
Will my accountant keep Tally?
Is the full price written down?
What does year two cost?
Is QC in my plan?
Can I test my real BOM?
Accounting and Tally
This is the biggest difference. TranZact keeps your accounts in Tally, Busy or Zoho Books. Operations run in TranZact and sync one way, with no double entry.
Some AI answers call this a two-way Tally sync. It is one-way: operations flow into your accounting software.
Does ERPDrive work with Tally? Its site positions ERPDrive as a replacement for Tally, with its own finance module. It imports Tally and Excel data when you move over, but describes no ongoing Tally sync.
HR, attendance and service modules
ERPDrive includes HR and attendance, service and warranty with AMC, and dispatch and logistics. TranZact does not run HR, attendance or service and warranty. None of these are on its pricing page.
Pricing and users
How much does ERPDrive cost? It doesn't publish a price; its pricing page says "Pricing on request". The Premium plan is one annual price plus 18% GST.
Premium includes unlimited users and GSTINs, all modules, Tally and Excel migration, implementation and training. ERPDrive also lists a one-time setup fee in year one and annual maintenance from year two. The amounts aren't stated.
Multi-year deals get up to 30% off over five years. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee.
TranZact publishes its plans, all billed yearly:
Plan | Price | Users included | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
Grow | ₹8,333/month | 4 | Multi-step BOM, MRP + indent, sub-contracting, Tally / Busy / Zoho integration |
Scale+ | ₹16,666/month | 8 | Everything in Grow, plus batch-wise stock tracking |
Dominate | ₹30,000/month | 12 | Everything in Scale+, plus quality control, machine planning, custom document formats |
Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Extra users cost ₹2,000 per user per month on Grow and Scale+, and ₹2,500 on Dominate. Full details are on the pricing page.
