Zoho ERP price in 2026: the short answer
Zoho ERP costs ₹999 per user per month on the Standard plan and ₹2,499 on Premium, billed annually. Prices exclude GST (zoho.com, checked 15 October 2026). Standard needs at least 5 users. A 10-user factory pays ₹1,19,880 a year on Standard or ₹2,99,880 on Premium; a 20-user factory pays ₹2,39,760 or ₹5,99,760.
And yes, Zoho has an ERP: Zoho ERP, sold per organization.
Zoho ERP plans: Standard, Premium and Custom
Standard is ₹999 per user a month billed annually, or ₹1,399 billed monthly. It needs 5 users minimum and covers 100,000 transactions a year.
Premium is ₹2,499 per user billed annually, or ₹2,999 billed monthly. It covers up to 300,000 transactions a year, including sales, purchase and manufacturing orders. Zoho's page lists no minimum user count for it.
Custom has no listed price; Zoho asks you to contact sales. Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM are priced separately. Comparing Zoho Inventory instead? Read TranZact vs Zoho Inventory.
Users vs employees: who you pay for
Employees cost ₹249 a month each billed annually, or ₹299 monthly. Zoho's FAQ says users "have full control over the Zoho ERP account". Employees are "internal staff who are given access to the application". Ask Zoho which team members count as users.
Yearly cost for a 10-user and a 20-user factory
Here is the yearly list price at three team sizes.
Plan and billing | 10 users | 15 users | 20 users |
|---|---|---|---|
Zoho Standard, billed annually | ₹1,19,880 | ₹1,79,820 | ₹2,39,760 |
Zoho Standard, billed monthly | ₹1,67,880 | ₹2,51,820 | ₹3,35,760 |
Zoho Premium, billed annually | ₹2,99,880 | ₹4,49,820 | ₹5,99,760 |
Zoho Premium, billed monthly | ₹3,59,880 | ₹5,39,820 | ₹7,19,760 |
TranZact Scale + extra users, billed yearly | ₹2,46,000 | ₹3,66,000 | ₹4,86,000 |
TranZact Dominate + extra users, billed yearly | ₹3,60,000 (12 users included) | ₹4,50,000 | ₹6,00,000 |
Zoho: excluding GST, per organization, checked on zoho.com on 15 Oct 2026; employees and add-ons extra. TranZact: as listed on /pricing, 15 Oct 2026. Scale includes 6 users and Dominate 12. Extra users cost ₹2,000 (Scale) or ₹2,500 (Dominate) per user a month.
Paying Zoho monthly costs more: 10 Standard users cost ₹1,67,880 a year, not ₹1,19,880. Before you ask for quotes, count every login: stores, purchase, production, dispatch and accounts.
Add-ons and limits that change the bill
The per-user price isn't the whole bill. Zoho lists these extras per organization, excluding GST:
Employee access: ₹2,988 a year per employee.
API add-on: ₹9,990 a year, for 10,000 API calls a day.
Extra location: ₹7,200 a year each; 10 locations are included on both plans.
Document Autoscan: ₹419 per 50 scans a month, billed annually.
SMS: ₹75 per credit of 300 SMS units, minimum 5 credits.
Standard's 100,000 transactions a year is about 8,300 a month. Check your order volume against it.
Worked example: 20 users on Standard, the API add-on and 30 employees on self-service. That's ₹2,39,760 + ₹9,990 + ₹89,640 = ₹3,39,390 a year, excluding GST.

Count every login as a user
Add self-service staff as employees

Add API, locations and Autoscan
Add GST on top of the total
What Zoho ERP lists for manufacturing
Zoho's pricing page lists features but doesn't map them to plans. Here is what its pricing, all-features and manufacturing pages say.
BOM and manufacturing orders
The all-features page lists Bills of Materials and manufacturing orders linked to a BOM. Job cards track planned vs actual time per operation, across multiple work centres. MRP isn't named, so ask Zoho to show you purchase planning.
Job work
None of the three pages mentions job work or subcontracting. If you send material to job workers, ask Zoho to show you the flow.
E-invoice and e-way bill
The pricing page lists e-Invoicing and E-Way bills, with no plan named. Zoho's demo "covers our premium plan offering", so ask what Standard includes.

Is Zoho free, and is it a good ERP for a factory?
Zoho ERP has a 14-day free trial, and the pricing page lists no free plan. Its help page says you can then "switch to the free plan", without describing it. Ask Zoho what it includes.
Is it a good ERP? Zoho lists BOMs, manufacturing orders, job cards, work centres, quality inspections, GST filing and payroll. Fit depends on job work, where your accounts live, and how many users you need.
How much does ERP cost for a 10–20 user factory?
Zoho prices per user. TranZact prices per plan, with users included and extra users on top. On list price, Zoho Standard costs less than TranZact at 10, 15 and 20 users. TranZact Scale costs less than Zoho Premium at all three.
Where TranZact fits
TranZact is a manufacturing AI software which runs your entire operation, from enquiry to dispatch. It's built on learning from 10,000+ manufacturers.
Your books stay in Tally, Busy or Zoho Books, with a one-way sync and no double entry. TranZact does not do accounting.
Scale and Dominate include multi-step BOM and production, production costing, and routing and sub-contracting. Both include planning (MRP + indent). The MRP engine runs through your orders and BOMs, then tells you what to buy and when.
TranZact generates the e-way bill from the GST invoice, with e-invoice (IRN) in the same flow. Batch Tracking & QC is on Dominate only. Live in 2–3 weeks.
