How to Choose the Right Material Handling Approach

There is no single correct answer, but four practices help most Indian SME manufacturers choose well.

  • Match the method to your volume, not your budget alone. Buying automation for low, irregular volume wastes capital; running high volume by hand wastes labor and time.
