MRPeasy is a cloud MRP for small manufacturers worldwide, priced per user in US dollars and linked to QuickBooks Online and Xero. TranZact is manufacturing AI software for Indian factories. It runs sales, purchase, inventory, production and planning, and makes the e-way bill and e-invoice from the GST invoice. Your accounts stay in Tally, Busy or Zoho Books. If you sell in India and your accountant uses Tally, TranZact is the easier fit. If your books are in QuickBooks or Xero and you sell through Shopify, MRPeasy fits better.

Who each one is built for
MRPeasy is built for companies with 10 to 200 employees. It is cloud-based, with no offline use, and runs in English, German and Spanish.
TranZact is built for owner-led Indian manufacturers that run on Tally, Excel and WhatsApp today. 10,000+ manufacturers use it.
What it costs for a 10-user factory
These are list prices. Check both vendors' current prices before you buy.
TranZact Grow is ₹8,333 a month, billed yearly, with 4 users. Six more users at ₹2,000 each make ₹20,333 a month. Grow includes multi-step BOM, routing, sub-contracting, production costing, MRP + indent and Tally sync.
Scale+ adds batch-wise stock tracking: ₹16,666 with 8 users, so ₹20,666 for 10. See every plan on the TranZact pricing page.
MRPeasy charges $49, $69, $99 or $149 per user per month. Subcontracting starts on Professional, so 10 users cost ₹62,100 a month at SoftwareSuggest's rupee prices. Past 10 users, it adds $79 for every ten more. Annual billing is discounted, so ask for the yearly figure.
GST e-invoice and e-way bill
TranZact makes the e-way bill from the GST invoice, with the e-invoice (IRN) in the same flow. It is on all plans. Our guide to e-way bill software for manufacturers has more.
We found no mention of GST, e-invoice or e-way bill in the MRPeasy sources we checked. Ask MRPeasy how both would work before you sign.
Accounting: Tally, Busy, Zoho Books or QuickBooks, Xero
With TranZact, accounting stays in Tally and operations run in TranZact. The sync is one way, with no double entry. See how the TranZact Tally integration works. Busy and Zoho Books are also integrated.
MRPeasy links to QuickBooks Online and Xero, plus Zapier. Our sources don't mention Tally or Busy. If your accountant works in Tally, ask MRPeasy how invoices would reach it.
BOM, MRP and production
Multi-level BOM, routing and production costing
TranZact has multi-level BOM, process routing and production costing on Grow. The MRP engine runs through your orders and BOMs, then tells you what to buy and when. Purchase then runs indent, RFQ, PO and GRN.
MRPeasy offers bills of materials with operation routing. Ask them how they show the cost of a job.
Job work and sub-contracting
Sub-contracting is on TranZact Grow, the entry plan. In MRPeasy it starts on Professional. If you send parts out for plating or machining, price the plan that has it. Our guide to job work and ITC-04 tracking covers what to track.
Batch tracking and quality checks
TranZact tracks batch-wise stock from Scale+. Batch Tracking & QC, with quality checks on raw material and finished goods, is on Dominate. MRPeasy offers lot traceability, with serial numbers and quality control from Professional.
